Job summary

A leading recruitment firm seeks a Customer Care Co-Ordinator in Aberdeenshire for a permanent position. Job description

TEXO Recruitment are looking for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator for one of our valued external clients on a permanent basis. You will be based in Aberdeenshire.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Ideally experience in the construction industry

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all SHE policies—safety is our top priority.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Handle all customer contact (phone, email, social media) courteously, logging all queries accurately.
  • Coordinate inspections and remedial works in line with warranty and service agreements.
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve defects efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Monitor and report on service performance; escalate issues as needed.
  • Support administrative functions, including correspondence, reports, and meeting logs.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings and service improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct satisfaction calls and manage complaints effectively.
