The Role

If you join us as a Customer Care Advisor, here is what you need to know:

Salary: £23,400 per annum

Location: Newport

Hours/shift pattern: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday, 9-5pm

Our Customer Care team is a centralised point of contact dedicated to delivering excellent customer service via inbound/outbound calls and live webchat. We support customers after their purchase from any of our 20 stores, aiming to resolve issues and gather feedback to improve our service. Every interaction is handled with compassion and understanding, ensuring high service standards.

A Bit More About The Role

Your day involves communicating with customers through phone and email, liaising with branches, and managing a variety of customer queries to keep them updated. You will make outbound calls, coordinate with third parties, and log all contacts accurately and compliantly.

While call centre or telephone experience is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided. If you are committed to exceptional customer service, process-driven, and eager to be part of a dynamic team, Motorpoint could be your next career step.
