Pelican, based in Nailsea near Bristol, is seeking a customer relations adviser to join our friendly, engaging team. You will handle enquiries by phone, letter and email, resolve complaints, and help improve the customer journey.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:45, with development support and clear progression within a large organisation. We offer a generous benefits package including 25 days' holiday (28 with service), pension contributions, a healthcare

Qualifications

• Naturally customer focused with strong communication skills.
