The Role

We are expanding our Customer Care team and are looking for 2 Customer Care Advisors to join us.

Position 1: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Position 2: Week 1 - Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm; Week 2 - Tuesday - Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via email and instant messaging
  • Communicate effectively and listen attentively
  • Approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset, showing empathy and making customers feel valued
  • Deliver excellent customer service with attention to detail
  • Respond professionally to customer queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Follow Club L procedures confidently and make informed decisions
  • Understand our products and services to communicate accurately and resolve customer issues effectively

What does good look like?

  • This is an entry-level role; previous customer service experience is advantageous
  • Ability to deliver positive customer experiences
  • Strong English writing skills with good grammar and sentence structure
  • Experience managing customer interactions via email and instant messaging
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Dixa, Zendesk, or similar help desk tools is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
