Restore Information Management, part of Restore plc, is seeking a Customer Assurance & Supplier Risk Analyst to drive B2B customer assurance and third-party risk management. The role sits in a hybrid Rainham location with permanent, full-time hours and a salary of £35,000–£50,000 per year.

You will coordinate responses, assess supplier risk and help enhance governing processes across multiple internal teams.

Competenze

• Coordinate and complete B2B customer assurance questionnaires and third-party due diligence requests.
• Review incoming questionnaires for information gaps and coordinate responses with subject-matter experts across Restore.
• Develop strong working relationships with Information Security, IT, Legal, Procurement, HR and other functions.

Mansioni

• Coordinate supplier risk assessments and due diligence.
• Manage supplier onboarding assessments and ongoing monitoring via the third-party risk platform.
• Maintain central knowledge library of approved responses and evidence.
• Produce management information on supplier activity, risks and trends.
• Escalate supplier risks through governance channels.
• Develop trackers, dashboards and reporting for workload and response times.
