This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) excellence across the business.

As a Supplier Risk Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring supplier risk and compliance are effectively managed in line with regulatory requirements. You will be instrumental in embedding supplier management frameworks, enhancing supplier assurance processes, and strengthening stakeholder relationships at every level.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building strong relationships with business stakeholders as the main point of contact for TPRM.
• Supporting the roll-out of supplier management procedures and frameworks across the organisation.
• Leading training, webinars, and forums to upskill colleagues on TPRM best practice.
• Monitoring compliance, supplier maturity, and risk frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
• Partnering with Procurement and Supplier Assurance teams to deliver robust supplier governance.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail with a compliance and quality assurance mindset.
• Solid knowledge of supplier risk, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain management.
• Experience in financial services and CIPS qualifications (desirable).
• Exposure to Third Party Risk Management systems (advantageous).
