Job summary

BUZZ Bingo in Wigan is hiring a Customer Assistant - Treasurer on a 30-hour contract, fully flexible over 7 days, including evenings and weekends. Strong cash office experience is essential, and you will help deliver outstanding service to our customers.

You will work across front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, bar and kitchen, while upholding safe gambling standards. Join a supportive team focused on learning, growth, and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must have strong cash office experience.
• Proven ability to deliver first-class customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in face-to-face settings.
• Able to handle cash and basic numeracy confidently.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Flexibly cover tasks across front of house, sales, treasury, bar and kitchen.
• Support line manager with additional duties as requested.
• Maintain safety and responsible gambling environment across channels.
