Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Bakery section. You’ll join a fast-paced team delivering hot bread and high-quality service to customers from early morning shifts, 05:00–13:00, with a £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours between 22:00-06:00.

You’ll be a hands-on brand ambassador, maintaining freshness, safety, and accuracy while adapting to store rhythm and collaborating with colleagues to meet demand.
