Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc in Milton Keynes is seeking customer-focused colleagues to join our store team. You will be the voice of our customers, delivering friendly service on the shop floor and at service points, while promoting our brilliant products and store experiences.

You will build product knowledge, handle daily sales targets, promotions and opportunities, and use digital tools to assist customers. We provide training and opportunities to grow within a pioneering, inclusive retailer.
