Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Weymouth is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Food section. You'll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace, helping customers find products and answering questions with confidence.

You'll be comfortable working across store areas, be digitally confident with Sparks App and in-store devices, and embrace busy periods. Hours include late shifts with an unsocial premium for late night hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.
• Able to work late nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn about M&S Food products.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and provide five-star service.
• Recommend and sell new Food products.
• Use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers.
• Support store operations across multiple areas.
