Marks & Spencer Plc in the UK is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section, a frontline role focused on delivering five-star service at pace, helping customers find products and sharing knowledge of M&S Food. You’ll be resilient, a team player, and digitally confident, using Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience.

Shifts are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12:30–16:30, across store areas as demands change.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service role in a busy store.
