Job summary

Marks & Spencer Group in Ipswich is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be on the frontline, with shifts Tue-Sat 19:00-23:00 and a late-night unsocial premium.

You’ll deliver five-star service at pace, embrace the transformation we’re driving, and confidently recommend our newest food products to customers.

Being digitally confident, using Sparks and in-store devices, you’ll thrive in a busy store, work well with others, and stay flexible across store areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over due to late-night shifts.
• Willing to work late shifts including nights.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service at pace to customers.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Utilise Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience.
• Support a flexible, high-energy team across store areas.
