Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends is required.
• Willingness to work across multiple store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor with product information and guidance.
• Deliver five-star service, drive sales, and handle customer queries.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and stock areas; restock as needed.
• Utilize Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
