Job summary

Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH is hiring a Customer Assistant to support customers and help keep our stores welcoming and well stocked. You will work across flexible shifts, with opportunities to cover mornings, middays, and evenings, including some weekends.

You will be part of a busy team delivering excellent service, with progression opportunities and competitive pay. Training and development are provided to help you grow within Lidl.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.

• A good team player.
• Preferably, previous experience in a customer facing role but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
