Job summary

Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH is recruiting for Customer Assistant roles across Northern Ireland. The job offers flexible hours (10, 20, 30 or 35 per week) with a basic rate of £13.30 per hour and a raise to £14.80 after three years. Weekend work is optional; shifts include early, middle and late patterns to fit your life.

You must be 18+ to sell alcohol and support a busy Lidl store environment. Benefits include a company pension, opportunities for career development, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
