Job summary

Lidl is hiring Customer Assistants at our NI stores. Earn £13.30 per hour with flexible contracts of 10, 20, 30 or 35 hours per week. A 30-hour contract may reach £490+ per week, including unsocial hours. Roles include stocking, tills, and customer service, with opportunities for progression and staff discounts.

Applicants must be 18+ to work with alcoholic products; weekend shifts available and shift patterns tailored to fit your life. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Assist in stock handling, shop floor presentation and tills.
• Follow stock loss controls and hygiene standards.
• Support in counts and price checks as needed.
• Assist customers with queries and ensure a positive experience.
