You will move stock, keep shelves neat, learn about products and promotions to make confident recommendations, and use digital tools to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building knowledge of our products, services and promotions to confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers.
