Job summary

Buzz Bingo is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Tooting Club to deliver exceptional service across guest touchpoints. You will engage customers, handle cash, and support front-of-house duties, bar, kitchen and general upkeep.

The role offers a 20-hour contract with flexible shifts across seven days, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will contribute to a safer gambling environment, build rapport, and maintain high presentation standards while working with a friendly

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class, personalised customer service in face-to-face environments (hospitality/retail/leisure).
• Bingo experience is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills adaptable to different situations.
• Experience handling cash and basic numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club (front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, bar & kitchen, housekeeping).
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Create a safer gambling environment for customers and colleagues across channels (online, in-club, live).

Job description

As a Customer Assistant you go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to our Customers. You will do the right thing always by looking after our Customers as caring for people is in our DNA.,

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including, general housekeeping throughout the Club, checking the toilets and ensuring presentation is always to a high standard
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live
  Experience in delivering first class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail or leisure environment
• Bingo experience is an advantage
• Outstanding communication skills that can be adapted to different situations when necessary
• Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
• You are confident at challenging the way things are done and can make sure all Customers follow our company policies and standards
