Job summary

Rock City in Nottingham is seeking a Customer & Venue Assistant to join our busy team, helping customers and supporting venue operations during daytime hours.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, handle lost property, assist with deliveries, paperwork, events, on-site visitors, and incident administration, while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• A passion for live music and the entertainment industry.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
