Job summary

Rock City in Nottingham is seeking a confident, organised Street Team Co-ordinator to lead promotional activity across the city. You will support the Venue Promo Manager with planning campaigns, coordinating the Street Team, and ensuring events and offers are promoted professionally.

Role involves flyering, poster campaigns and outreach events, plus building positive relationships with local partners and customers.

Rock City is looking for a confident, organised and outgoing Street Team Co-ordinator to help lead our promotional activity across Nottingham.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with people, getting out into the city, and representing one of Nottingham’s most iconic venues. You’ll support the Venue Promo Manager with planning and delivering promotional campaigns, coordinating the Street Team, and making sure our events, offers and campaigns are promoted professionally and effectively.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of activity, including flyering, poster campaigns, freshers’ fairs, outreach events, deal card distribution, local partnerships and customer engagement. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for Street Team members, helping to support, motivate and develop the team.

We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, communicate clearly, and bring energy and enthusiasm to every campaign.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating Street Team activity across Nottingham and surrounding areas
• Supporting promotional campaigns, flyering, poster runs, freshers’ fairs and outreach events
• Acting as a first point of contact for Street Team members
• Leading by example and getting involved in promotional activity directly
• Supporting, coaching and motivating members of the team

About You

You’ll be confident speaking to members of the public, comfortable working in busy environments, and able to motivate others. You’ll be reliable, professional and approachable, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Previous experience in promotions, hospitality, events, retail, customer service or team leadership would be beneficial, but the most important thing is that you’re enthusiastic, organised and able to represent Rock City in the right way.
