Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver excellent service at the tills and collection counter, helping customers with online orders and in-store inquiries.

You’ll be present across the store, learn about products, services, and promotions, and provide recommendations to meet customer needs.

Roles are part-time with a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends, and full training is provided.

Eligibility

• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills and at the collection counter and by collecting orders they come back to us again and again
• Be present across the store helping customers and build great knowledge about our products, services, promotions and financial service offerings to help provide recommendations and support customer needs
• Pick and collect products quickly and efficiently from the stock room, put away deliveries ensuring the stock room is neat and tidy at all times
