Boots UK is hiring a Customer Advisor to work onsite, assisting customers at tills, offering product advice and supporting back-shop operations. You will engage with customers, promote offers and help the store run smoothly as part of a friendly team.

You will receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service and have the opportunity to grow within Boots as your experience develops, with progression after the initial 6 months.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering great customer service and communicating effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong team collaboration and store presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers at tills and in-store, offering advice and product recommendations.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers.
• Help ensure stock is displayed properly and the shop floor is clean and presentable.
• Provide a friendly, efficient shopping experience as part of a collaborative team.
• Participate in training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
