Job summary

Henderson Group is hiring a Customer Advisor for SPAR Viking Lodge in Larne. The role offers full-time permanent hours (37.5 per week) with shifting patterns including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Pay ranges from £11.95 to £13.30 per hour depending on age and benefits, with opportunities to support defibrillator installations and school events. Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will ensure high standards of customer service, operate checkouts, stock shelves and maintain pricing

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customer needs and advise on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and ensure transactions are processed efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels and rotate stock according to company policy.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and ensure correct pricing with shelf labels.
• Aim to deliver high levels of customer service at all times.
• May cover Post Office duties as required.
• Other duties as required for the role.
