Job summary

B&Q New Malden is seeking a Customer Advisor for Night Stock Flow on a full-time 36.75 hours per week contract. You’ll work Monday–Sunday, 9.00pm–6.00am, and help ensure shelves are stocked with customer essentials and inspiring products.

There is a store location allowance and additional night shift premium included. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to maintain safe operations, potentially gain forklift license, and contribute to a welcoming, well-organised store environment for customers and

• Able to work in a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

• Ensure the store is stocked with customer needs and products that spark new possibilities, while upholding safety and efficiency.
• Work as a team to deliver great service, follow procedures, and adapt to changing tasks on a night shift.

You’re an organised and analytical thinker, and you know how to keep things simple. You also know how to work as a team – supporting your fellow colleagues and working through what you need to do, together. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
