Customer Advisor / Logistics Advisor

£24,500 Wickford / Chelmsford Location Plus quarterly bonus

Free parking!!! Monday to Friday Full time (office based) Car driver required.

08.30-17.30

I am looking for someone with a positive personality who enjoys dealing with customers on the phone, solving any queries, and building relationships.

The role is to update and assist customers on their deliveries in a buzzy logistics department. The role is based in newly refurbished offices with free parking!!

You will work within a great team and have the support of a team supervisor.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, web queries
  • Provide ETAs
  • Work closely with the transport planners
  • Answer all incoming service calls
  • Respond to all customer emails
  • Manage and resolve all queries on the service log

If you have logistics or telephone-based customer service experience or have been in an administrative role which involved a lot of telephone liaison, please contact me to discuss this role.
