The heart of the TradePoint counter involves engaging with trade members daily. You’ll take ownership of your TradePoint members, getting to know them and their business through meaningful conversations. This positions you well to recommend the right products and services for their needs.

What we need:

A great communicator and team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers. You should adapt your approach to different situations, build relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities. Helping trade members get value through promotions and our trade loyalty scheme is key. You should be eager to develop your skills through training and learning from others. Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is essential.
