Boots UK is hiring a Customer Advisor to join us onsite in the UK. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.02 to £15.10, with increases after 6 months in role, and a focus on helping customers and delivering great service.

You will work on tills, advise customers, and support stock replenishment while upholding Boots' standards. Full training is provided, and we value teamwork, effective communication, and a friendly, brand‑ambassador approach to every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Full training is provided for this role.
• 5 years of unbroken references required for airside pass, with dates covered.
• Excellent communication and listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Help customers at tills, advise on products, and assist in the back shop.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers.
• Ensure stock is displayed correctly and replenish deliveries.
• Work with the team to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean.
