B&Q Sprucefield is hiring a Checkouts Customer Advisor on a fixed-term contract. You’ll be the friendly face at the till, helping customers with purchases and click & collect, while keeping displays neat and the store looking inviting.

Join a capable team and bring your customer service skills to a high-street retailer, with shifts across all week and a focus on great service and teamwork.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing with a buzz for helping others.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

What's the job?

Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, of course, as will things like click & collect, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in various areas, but on the tills truly great customer service will be your main aim.

What we need:

Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll be right at home with us. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
