Job summary

B&Q Welwyn is seeking a part-time Checkouts Customer Advisor to join our team. You will serve customers at the tills, process sales, handle click & collect, and help set up displays to keep the store looking great.

We value friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy helping others, with a flexible rota that covers weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Training across areas is provided to enhance customer service skills.

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 6.00am - 9.00pm

UK Notional hourly rate £ 13.10 per hour (Inclusive of an £0.81 per hour, store specific location allowance)

What's the job?

Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, of course, as will things like click & collect, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in various areas, but on the tills truly great customer service will be your main aim.
