Job summary

Northgate Insurance Services is seeking a Customer Advisor based in Peterlee with hybrid working after probation. The role demands kindness and clear communication as you guide customers through their claims process, supporting them from start to finish.

You will work 37.5 hours per week with shifts 8am–9pm (Mon–Fri) and 8am–6pm (weekends). Starting salary is £25,004, with potential growth and a range of benefits.

Salary: Starting from £25,004 with the opportunity to increase your salary as your experience grows with us, plus:

• Monthly Performance Bonus - Earn up to an additional £330 per month (up to £3,960 annually if you’re at the top of your game)
