Curely is redefining healthcare with an online clinic, pharmacy shop and expert support services. We are seeking a Customer Care Advisor & Dispenser who blends customer support with dispensing tasks to ensure safe, patient-centred care and accurate processing of prescriptions.

You’ll respond to queries by phone and email, support order and delivery enquiries, and assist with dispensing workflows in line with Curely procedures and applicable legislation, within your training and authorisation.

Formación

• Experience in a pharmacy, online pharmacy, healthcare or other regulated environment.
• Experience supporting dispensing operations, prescription processing, stock control or order fulfilment.
• Experience with CRM, pharmacy, dispensing or customer support platforms.
• Familiarity with GDPR, medicines handling, SOPs and incident reporting.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.

Job Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor & Dispenser who is passionate about delivering excellent service and safe, patient-centred care. This blended role combines customer support with dispensing-related responsibilities, supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey while helping ensure prescriptions and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will be a key point of contact for patients, responding to queries via phone and email, supporting order and delivery enquiries, and assisting with dispensing workflows in line with Curely’s procedures, applicable legislation, and the limits of your training and authorisation. You will need strong attention to detail, sound judgement, empathy, and a commitment to confidentiality and patient safety.

• Respond to patient and customer queries via phone and email in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Provide clear, accurate information about Curely services, orders, delivery updates, and treatment pathways, within the limits of your role.
• Support patients throughout their journey, taking ownership of enquiries and escalating clinical, safety, or complex issues appropriately.
• Assist with dispensing and prescription-processing workflows in accordance with approved procedures, relevant legal and professional requirements, and your training and authorisation.
• Check prescription and order information carefully, identifying missing, inconsistent, or potentially unsafe information and referring it to the responsible pharmacist or appropriate clinician.
• Support accurate picking, assembly, labelling, packing, and dispatch of medicines where trained and authorised, following all applicable checking procedures.
• Follow procedures for handling patient information, prescriptions, medicines, returns, complaints, and potential errors or near misses.
• Experience in a pharmacy, online pharmacy, healthcare, or other regulated environment.
• Experience supporting dispensing operations, prescription processing, stock control, or order fulfilment.
• Experience with CRM, pharmacy, dispensing, or customer support platforms.
• Familiarity with GDPR, medicines handling, standard operating procedures, and incident reporting.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.

• Work closely with pharmacists, prescribers, clinical colleagues, and operations teams to resolve patient queries and support safe, efficient service delivery.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve the patient experience, dispensing accuracy, and operational processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information in line with GDPR and Curely policies.
• Support other operational and administrative tasks as required, adapting to the needs of a growing digital healthcare business.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
