Pharmacy2U is seeking a Trainee Dispensing Assistant to join our team in Leeds. You will help accurately dispense prescriptions and support clinical operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

In this role you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to develop professional skills while contributing to our scale and patient-focused service.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense prescriptions accurately within agreed service timelines.
• Support the clinical team with day-to-day operational activities.
• Follow dispensary procedures and contribute to dispensing quality and performance targets.
• Adhere to all legal, ethical, professional, and company standards.
• Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the dispensing process.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations and Pharmacists.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture.

Role: Trainee Dispensing Assistant / Dispensing Assistant

Location: Victoria Road, Leeds LS14

Salary: £13 - £13.65 per hour DOE, plus extensive benefits

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

What you'll be doing?

• Ensure all prescriptions received are dispensed accurately and within agreed service timelines
• Support the clinical team with day-to-day operational activities
• Follow P2U dispensary operating procedures and contribute to achieving dispensing quality, accuracy, and performance targets
• Adhere to all legal, ethical, professional, and company standards and requirements
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Contribute to individual and team performance goals that support wider business objectives
• Take ownership of prescription labelling, accuracy, and quality throughout the dispensing process
• Collaborate effectively with key teams across the business, including Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, and Pharmacists
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture where colleagues can perform at their best
