A global and successful manufacturing company based in Wrexham is currently looking for an experienced French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role
You will be joining the Customer Services Team and will work collaboratively with both the commercial and supply chain teams. The main purpose of your role is to support a specific portfolio of customers to ensure that their orders are accurately processed and managed, whilst building long-standing relationships and understanding their requirements. What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, previous experience working within the manufacturing industry or in a similar role, dealing with a complex order book, is required. You should demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be an excellent team player. Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable, along with working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems. Fluency in French is essential. Additional fluency in another language such as Spanish, Italian, or German is highly desirable but not essential.
