The Role

As a Customer Account Manager, you will handle the entire process of providing loans to customers. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers via the local branch, assessing their requirements and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting them throughout the loan lifecycle.

This role demands strong communication skills, excellent rapport-building abilities both over the phone and face-to-face, and keen attention to detail. We value delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes.

Salary

Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
