As a Customer Account Manager, you will manage the entire loan process, including engaging with customers, assessing their requirements and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting them throughout the loan lifecycle. Strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities both over the phone and face-to-face, and keen attention to detail are essential. We are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes.
Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
