The Role

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be involved in the entire process of providing loans to our customers. Your responsibilities include speaking to customers inquiring at the local branch, establishing their requirements and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting them throughout the full loan lifecycle.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent rapport-building on both the phone and face-to-face, and a keen eye for detail. We are passionate about our customers, and our employees demonstrate this daily through delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes.

The Salary

Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
