Incora is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to support multiple customer accounts and assist with orderbook management. You will resolve queries by engaging with stakeholders and may travel to the customer base, requiring a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Based at our sites in Mirfield or Derby, you will work with the Customer Relationship Leads to maintain service standards and build long-term relationships in a B2B environment using MS Office and AI tools to boost

Competenze

• Experience in a B2B customer service or supply chain role.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
