Job summary

Incora is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to support multiple customer accounts at our Mirfield or Derby site. You will help manage the orderbook and resolve queries through coordination with a range of stakeholders.

Job description

Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey! We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to work at either our site in Mirfield or Derby. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will work across a number of customer accounts, supporting a team of Customer Relationship Leads with ongoing orderbook management. You will help to resolve customer queries by engaging with a range of stakeholders to reach a swift conclusion. Additionally you will need to support the on‑site customer team with occasional travel to the customer base. Therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for the role.

About You

You will be exceptional at working on your own initiative and be able to build long‑term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have a proven track record of working within a B2B customer service or Supply Chain role, with strong negotiation skills to allow you to reach solutions. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity. Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
