Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Custody Asset Servicing Analyst within the Operational Readiness team in Bournemouth. You will process corporate and income events across asset classes, including collections, corporate actions, income processing, proxy and entitlements, and payment processing.

The role focuses on risk-aware controls, timely queries resolution, and supporting a global client experience through collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Financial Services background with custody or corporate actions experience.
• Risk-based environment with a track record of reducing risk.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Experience learning, documenting and implementing new processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of controls, checks, instructions and queries.
• Manage group email boxes and enquiry management tools to resolve queries within SLA.
• Collaborate with Product, Network Management, sub custodians and vendors to resolve issues.
• Manage workload to meet team, department deadlines and objectives.
• Review and update processes to minimize risk and improve operations.
• Provide training and guidance to strengthen the team and client experience.
