Responsibilities

• Capture and validate voluntary corporate action announcements accurately and on time.
• Perform daily controls and core processing routines to support a strong control environment.
• Produce and maintain required metrics and operational reporting for the team.
• Investigate operational issues, driving items through to resolution with stakeholders.
• Escalate risk, control, or client-impact concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Communicate processing considerations, deadlines, and risks clearly to partners and management.
• Support client service inquiries with timely, accurate responses and proper documentation.
• Maintain audit readiness by updating procedures, evidence, and process documentation as needed.
• Participate in contingency and recovery routines, including testing and readiness activities.
• Contribute improvement ideas and support delivery of process, control, and technology changes.
