Qualifications

• Experience leading a teaching team and curriculum implementation.
• Strong ability to monitor quality and drive improvements.
• Ability to contribute to SAR and QIP.
• Effective communicator with staff and learners.

Responsibilities

• Line management of teachers, including attendance and leave.
• Lead quality monitoring such as observations and moderation.
• Gather data and report for SAR and QIP.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
