Job summary

Boston College is seeking an Assistant Head of Curriculum to combine high‑quality teaching with operational leadership. You will support day‑to‑day leadership of designated subject provisions, helping students achieve their best while sharing responsibility for IQA and progress tracking.

You will hold a recognised teaching qualification (Level 4/5+), demonstrate a strong teaching record in FE/HE, and drive improvement under pressure in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 4/5+ teaching qualification.
• Proven track record of good or outstanding teaching in FE or HE.
• Experience with student engagement or IQA (Internal Quality Assurance).
• Ability to lead under pressure and drive educational excellence.
