Job summary

Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a Curriculum Manager at the Aylesbury campus to lead the Maths provision. You will work with the Faculty Director and teaching team to ensure outstanding teaching, learning and student achievement while driving continuous improvement across the curriculum.

You will inspire staff, develop high-quality teaching strategies, and build strong links with employers to keep the curriculum aligned with future careers.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading maths education teams.
  • Experience in curriculum quality assurance and planning.
  • Ability to use performance data to drive improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Working collaboratively to develop and implement an innovative and responsive Maths curriculum.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to maximise student outcomes and value for money.

You will ensure that learners receive an outstanding experience, benefit from high-quality teaching, and develop the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to succeed in their chosen pathways. You will have the opportunity to influence outcomes not only through the performance of your team, but through the culture you create; one that is ambitious, inclusive and focused on continuous improvement. Working closely with the Faculty Director and your teaching and coaching team, you will provide operational leadership for our Maths provision, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, assessment and student achievement.
