Buckinghamshire College Group in Aylesbury is seeking a Curriculum Practice lecturer to support learners with EHCPs. You will plan innovative schemes of work, develop lesson plans, and assess student progress in an inclusive setting.
The role involves leading a team, delivering engaging teaching, and supporting staff development while maintaining the college’s positive ethos and core values. A strong commitment to safeguarding is required.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced lecturer to join our team at our Aylesbury Campus. As a lecturer in our Inclusive Practice provision, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with our students that have an EHCP, ensuring that their individual planning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reporting needs are met. It is essential that you maintain the positive ethos and core values of the college both inside and outside the classroom.

As industry professionals offer our students industry experience and insight we support our unqualified teachers to learn 'on the job'. You will be given full support throughout your development to fully qualified teacher status. Whilst in employment you would be enrolled onto the Level 3 Award in Education and Training. After completion you can choose to move be onto our Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification. This is a great way for experienced professionals to achieve a recognised teaching qualification whilst in employment.
