South Staffordshire College is advertising a permanent Curriculum Manager role to lead the Motor Vehicle team. You will drive a responsive curriculum for learners on Study Programmes and Apprenticeships, while expanding the adult skills offer across Rodbaston and Tamworth campuses.
The role requires strong management experience, industry knowledge, and a track record of outstanding teaching delivery to improve learner retention and achievement.
Status / Hours: Permanent, Full time 37 hours per week
Grade: Grade 11 - SCP 42-45

Management experience, at this level is essential as is being able to demonstrate current knowledge of the industry and outstanding delivery of teaching learning and assessment, with a proven ability to inspire and develop colleagues to achieve such standards.
