Yeovil College is seeking a Curriculum Leader for ICT to lead, shape and develop the ICT curriculum across Computing, IT and Digital disciplines while continuing to teach and stay connected with students.
You will drive quality, planning, delivery, staff development and data-driven improvements, ensuring compliance with awarding bodies and expanding employer links and progression opportunities.
Lead and develop the ICT curriculum at Yeovil College, combining your teaching expertise with the opportunity to shape the direction, quality and growth of the provision. This is a great opportunity to take on a curriculum leadership role within our Creative and Digital Industries faculty, while continuing to teach and stay connected to the students and subject you’re passionate about.
As the Curriculum Lead for ICT, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the curriculum, ensuring students receive a high-quality, engaging and consistent experience. You’ll lead on curriculum planning and delivery, support and develop colleagues, and use data and insight to drive improvements in attendance, retention, achievement and progression. You’ll also oversee quality and compliance across the provision, including awarding body requirements, assessment, internal verification, learner data and quality improvement activity. Alongside this, you’ll play an important role in developing the curriculum, supporting growth, strengthening employer and progression opportunities and contributing to the wider direction of the faculty.
