• To ensure departmental compliance with SEND legislation including annual reviews, consultations and positive transitions.
• To manage key support team members within the Supported Learning department
• To assist the CQTM with key departmental and quality functions including internal quality assurance, tracking and monitoring
• Deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment for Supported Learning students
• Assist the CQTM with curriculum development
