Job summary

Orchard Hill College is seeking a leader to provide curriculum expertise and guidance to teaching teams across London and Surrey. The role focuses on learner-centred teaching for adults with SEND, collaborating with carers, therapists and social services to develop the curriculum and resources.

The post requires experience in SEN, leading lecturers, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher or Equivalent is required.
• Experience teaching students with SLD, PMLD or ASC.
• Experience leading a team of lecturers and managing curriculum delivery.
