Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial experience of teaching and learning in a further education setting.
• Knowledge of curriculum issues, instructional leadership, operational management and data-driven school improvement.
• Proven track record in curriculum management and development at a senior level.
• Degree level education and teaching qualification preferred.

• Provide strong leadership and management, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement curriculum strategies for young people and adults across a large College campus.
