Job summary
Bradford College is seeking a Curriculum Team Leader for the Motor Vehicle provision in the Engineering and Motor Vehicle department. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring programmes are innovative, compliant, and deliver outstanding learner outcomes.
The role focuses on curriculum development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, while supporting a team of teaching and training professionals to achieve ambitious targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing curriculum delivery within Further Education.
- Experience in course development and recruitment.
- Experience in student pastoral care and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience in the interpretation of data sets to inform performance management.
- Academic or industrial, or commercial experience relevant to the programme.
- Experience in good teaching/training.
- Experience in course leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the team.
- Lead curriculum development and quality assurance.
- Oversee continuous improvement activities.
- Manage and support teaching and training professionals.
